With the academy project we have implemented under the umbrella of REA Technology, we provide accelerated courses to the young generation who have completed their education in their field and prepare projects for them to gain a closer understanding of the sector, as well as equip them with important skills such as communication and foreign languages alongside software development.
In our accelerated training programs, we start with the database, then move on to C#, followed by HTML - CSS - JS - Bootstrap - Typescript. After completing these topics, we continue with ASP.Net CORE and MVC, and conclude with Angular.
In a developing and globalizing world, the importance of foreign languages has reached an undeniable point. During the course, our candidates become able to present their projects both in general and technical English.
The importance of expressing oneself well cannot be overstated. Additionally, effective communication is crucial for accurately defining problems, seeking help, and providing healthy support.
To develop and practice what we have learned in all these topics, we create projects and mini tasks. Additionally, we prepare presentations on current topics and discuss our ideas.
We value the young generation and attend conferences at universities. We also invite external experts to our academy, host them, and ask questions. Furthermore, we represent our academy at medium and large-scale events.
After the process, we offer employment opportunities based on the levels of the candidates as determined by our evaluation exams and our open positions.
