As Rea Technology, we continue to achieve successful projects with one of Turkey's major brands, Madame Coco, as we do with our other business partners. In this context, we provide information technology services in multiple structures.
Among these, with TLS integration, we manage the management of products that come to the warehouse and will be transferred as import-export through the portal. With the One Box One Waybill project, we manage the processes of Madame Coco and its contracted logistics companies.
In this structure, we eliminated integration gaps between warehouse, depot and store systems in a large retail network. Real-time data synchronization between central warehouse and stores was established. End-to-end ERP integration increased traceability and operational reliability in stock and logistics workflows.
This project aims to eliminate manual ASN number, order, and shipment creation processes that progress via email, and to set up automatic data flow between logistics providers and Madame Coco, and to track all these processes from start to finish through the panel.
Madame Coco makes domestic and international product purchases. While a portion of the products purchased from abroad are brought to the warehouse, not only the logistics operation but also the items determined within the framework of legal regulations are fulfilled. Some of the products brought to the warehouse are sent to the Ceva warehouse as imports, while others are kept in stock at the warehouse and sent to foreign countries as transit.
The aim of the TLS Integration project is to create automatic data flow between the TLS system (LV3) and Madame Coco's ERP software (NEBIM), starting with ASN creation in the warehouse and eliminating manually progressing processes in the warehouse, and ensuring that all processes are tracked from start to finish through the panel.
